We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards, wire transfers, and Paypal. All unattended sessions must be paid in full (i.e. payment must be sent in with materials). Attended sessions require payment by the end of the session. No materials will be released to clients unless full payment has been received and all funds have cleared. CUSTOM MUSIC PRODUCTION

RECORDING
Because “watching the clock” creates a stressful environment for a recording session, we prefer to work out a PROJECT FEE for each project that takes into account the amount of time/production/talent/materials, etc. needed. There is generally a specific amount of time included in the price, and we will work with you to determine the fee and get the project completed within that time frame. The total project fee depends on the type of project and the length of time it will take to complete it. We have worked with many artists on different types of projects including singles, EP’s, demos, full-length albums, voiceovers, spoken word, documentaries, etc.; with fees ranging from $150 up to $15,000 and beyond.

The base hourly rate for recording is $60/hour, with a $100 minimum per project.
MIXING
This service is mainly for clients who have recorded their material somewhere else and prefer a different (more professional) environment to mix in. Short projects (singles, EP’s, demos, short programs under 4 hours in length) are billed at a rate of $60/hour. Longer projects (full-length albums, documentaries, voiceovers, and long editing sessions) are billed at a ‘day rate’ of $500/day.

MASTERING
Our mastering services are billed according to the number of songs* being mastered. The rates are as follows:
1 Song = $75
2 Songs = $125
3 Songs = $175
4 Songs = $225
5 Songs = $250
6 Songs = $280
7 Songs = $315
8 Songs = $330
9 Songs = $345
10 Songs = $360
11 Songs = $375
12-15 Songs = $400
16+ = call us for a quote
*songs that are longer than 6 minutes in length will be priced as 2 songs.

MASTERING LITE
Our Mastering Lite service involves routing the song material through our state-of-the-art analog gear, maximizing the song levels, inserting ISRC and UPC information, and placing the songs in their correct order. Mastering Lite does not involve complex equalization, compression, processing and editing. The Mastering Lite service, though not as involved as the full mastering treatment described above, still provides outstanding results for independent artists on a limited budget. Services are billed according to the number of songs being mastered. The rates are as follows:
1 song (single) = $50
2-6 songs = $150
7-16 songs = $225
17-20 songs = $325
21+ = call us for a quote

VOICEOVER DEMO
At Sanctuary Lane Sound Studios we can produce a professional 60-70 second voiceover demo in that best represents your talent for $750. This rate includes consultation, rehearsal, recording, editing, and mixing/mastering. Each section of the demo is recorded exactly as it would be if it were going to broadcast. There is an $100 per hour charge for every hour beyond the 8 hours of project time.
VOICEOVER RECORDING
We charge $125/hour for voiceover work and can also provide voiceover talent for your session for an addtional cost.
MIXASSIST™ SERVICES | MIX EVALUATION
Our MixAssist™ services are billed at $100 per album / project (up to 14 songs / tracks or a program up to 1 hour in length). Equipment consultation is billed at $50 per hour for any time beyond the 1 hour MixAssist session. Call (301) 370-6432 to receive a quote for special projects, shipping charges or multiple albums.
AUDIO REPAIR / RESTORATION
